    When you book your first service, your account will be automatically created. Simply choose your password when prompted to do so. 

  • Do you provide cleaning services in my area?

    Our offices are located in zip code 37302. If we can reach you within one hour, you’re in!

  • What services are included in a Standard Cleaning?

    Standard cleaning is the kind of thorough cleaning a person might do on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Mopping bare floors, vacuuming rugs and carpets, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting, cleaning kitchens, and so on. You can select additional services like cleaning inside a refrigerator, washing windows or doing a load of laundry when you schedule your appointment.

  • What services are included in a Deep Cleaning?

    All the services of the Standard Cleaning plus cleaning light switches, baseboards, windowsills, doors and other places grime collects. In the kitchen, we add polishing stainless steel and wiping out the oven. 

  • What services are included in Move In/Move Out Cleaning?

    All of the services of Deep Cleaning plus cleaning the insides of drawers and cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. 

  • How much will your services cost?

    We calculate our price based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service you specify. When booking online, enter your number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the type of service you want. Choose any add-on services. Your price will be shown instantly on the right side of the page. Use the form on this page to calculate the cost to clean your home without any obligation to schedule the appointment. 


  • Do your staff bring their own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

    Our staff arrive fully equipped with their own supplies and equipment. All our cleaning products are carefully chosen to be ecologically conscious and as healthy as possible while still being effective. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we will happily accommodate you if possible.

  • Can I request extras or special tasks?

    There are several extra tasks you can choose when booking your service on our website. If there is some other service not listed on that page that you would like added to your cleaning job, just respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add your requests to the job information. Our staff will contact you if this request will increase the price of your job.

Pricing & Policies

  • How does your pricing work?

    We calculate our prices based on the size of your home and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The price also depends on whether you want Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning or Move In/Move Out Cleaning. When you book your cleaning on our website, you can choose any add-on services you want. To see how much it would cost to clean your home, go to our scheduling page and fill in the information requested. Your price will show up on the right side of the page. You can see your price before finalizing your cleaning appointment. 

  • How do I apply my discount or gift card to my next appointment?

    When you are scheduling your next appointment, simply fill in the discount code or number on your gift card in the Discount Code box as you are scheduling your cleaning appointment on our website and click on “Apply.”

  • How long will the cleaning appointment last?

    When you complete all your specifications while booking your service online, the estimated time to complete the job will appear in the Job Summary on the right side of the page.

  • Can I customize my next cleaning job?

    If you want to omit some actions (such as not cleaning unused guest rooms), simply respond to the confirmation email you receive and let us know of any changes. To add additional tasks, look for the Select Extras choices when scheduling your appointment. 

  • How quickly can my appointment be scheduled?

    That depends on the size and location of your job and the number of jobs we have booked on the day you prefer. If you need a job done quickly, please use the form on the Contact Us page or call us at (423) 218-6900 to check availability.

  • How do I log into my account?

    Visit our login page and fill in each box. 

  • How do I change my password?

    Visit our login page and click on “Forgot Password.” Enter the email address used with this account. You will receive an email instructing you on how to change your password.

  • How do I change my address?

    Log in to your account here and update your information. 

  • How do I change the credit card used for payment?

    Visit our login page to access your account information and update the card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as the default card.

  • How do I schedule my first cleaning appointment?

    Simply click here and fill in all the requested information. If you have any problem doing this, you can always call us at (423) 218-6900. 

Security & Safety

  • Is my Nooga cleaner trustworthy?

    Every one of our cleaning staff is interviewed face to face before being hired. We perform a detailed national background check on each employment prospect. Only a small percentage of applicants are ever hired because we are very selective.

  • What should I do if there is a problem during my appointment?

    If something goes wrong, we want to make it right. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of it. That’s our promise to you! Call us at (423) 218-6900 or use the form on the Contact Us page.

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Each client’s payment information is protected by three levels of security. We do not have access to your credit card number so it is not retained in the system. The credit card company only sends us a token that we can use to charge your card. We take security very seriously. 

  • Do your cleaning professionals get a background check?

    Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on every applicant before we even consider hiring them. 

  • What is your satisfaction guarantee?

    If you aren’t happy with the job done by our cleaning professional, we will come fix it within 24 hours. If you are still not pleased, we will refund your payment. 

How Our Cleaning Service Works

  • How many cleaners will be there?

    Each time we come to clean, our standard is two team members per home. For larger homes, it is possible that we will send an additional team of two cleaners to help complete the job in a timely, efficient manner.

  • Do you clean on Saturdays?

    Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. We understand that scheduling can be an issue, so we try our best to accommodate your schedule and arrive at a time that is most convenient for you.

  • Do you offer carpet cleaning?

    At this time, we do not offer carpet cleaning. We offer deep cleaning for hardwood and other hard surface flooring, and for carpet we provide a thorough vacuum. 

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

    Yes, our Nooga Home Cleaning team will arrive with our own cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment including cleaning cloths, dusters, step ladders, vacuums, mops and buckets.

  • Can our pets be home when you clean?

    Yes. We recommend having your pet stay in a designated area to allow our team to clean your home quickly and efficiently, while also avoiding to startle your pets with our loud equipment.



  • Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

    As long as our team has a way into the home, you do not have to be there for the cleaning. If a key is provided, we will also ensure your home is securely locked before leaving.

  • What do I need to do before you come to my home?

    For our convenience and safety, we do not move heavy furniture. If we are doing a thorough cleaning on baseboards and walls, moving furniture out and away from walls will help ensure we provide you with a thorough clean. 



  • Do you offer different cleaning packages and costs?

    We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services. If you are a first time client or do not need scheduled cleaning, we also offer one time cleans. We want to benefit our regular clients with discounted rates that include:

  • What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?

    If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to make things right so that you are happy with your experience.
