Services We Provide

In Tennessee and Northern Georgia, we offer Standard, Deep and Move In/Move Out cleanings for residences. Our clients can also request additional services like window cleaning or laundry. We are dedicated to cultivating a reputation for excellence and trustworthiness with every client we service. 

FAQ for Prospective Staff

  • What type of jobs will I be sent on?

    Most of our clients request Standard Cleaning services. We also offer Deep Cleaning and Move In/Move Out cleaning. To see the tasks associated with each type of cleaning, visit our Cleaning Services page. At each job, the client may give you additional instructions about any customization of jobs needed.

  • What will my workload be like?

    Your workload will depend on your experience, skills and schedule. We are looking for positive, capable and friendly staff and these qualities will enable you to obtain a maximum number of assignments. After you get accustomed to your initial jobs, we can begin to increase the number of jobs we send you on. 

  • How often will I get paid?

    We pay our staff weekly for the hours worked. When clients provide tips, you will keep the entire tip presented to you. There will also be bonuses for every 5-star review your work receives.

  • What training is offered?

    Once you are hired, Nooga Home Cleaning will pay the registration fee for your online training with the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International so you can be trained to professional standards. You will be expected to complete this certification quickly.

  • How will I get bookings?

    A call or text will notify you of a job that has become available. If you wish to accept a job, return the message with a notification of your acceptance. We will then send you a confirmation text message with the details on the job. You will need to have a smartphone and email account.
